Full Registration IEEE Members	550 EUR	750 EUR
Full Registration Non-IEEE Members	700 EUR	1000 EUR
Student Registration IEEE Student Members or IEEE Life Members	250 EUR	400 EUR
Student Registration Non-IEEE Members	360 EUR	500 EUR

Each registration includes: attendance to all sessions, coffee breaks, banquet and welcome reception tickets.
Due to space limitations no additional banquet tickets can be bought at the reception during the conference.

No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately.

AVSS 2009 Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation of AVSS 2009 Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (e-mail to "info(at)avss09(dot)org" or fax to +39 010 353 2766 is acceptable).

*All cancellations must be received before August 20, 2009, and are subject to a €100 cancellation fee.

*No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received after August 20, 2009.

*No cancellation is possible for registrations linked to an accepted paper.

*Transfer of registration fees to any future conference is not allowed.
